Cel Damage review. Classic Game Room presents a review of Cel Damage for the original Xbox console by Pseudo Interactive and Electronic Arts. Released in 2002 this car combat game includes a series of interesting characters as well as 4 different tracks to provide the best of a blood sport driving game. Within the game are also two other modes one can unlock after completing a first place victory in the opening mode. Cel Damage was one of the first few Cel Shaded games around this time coming after Jet Set Radio future and others.
