Beat 3 GregarV1's.
1. Offensive chips must have an attack rating of over 10(lol wtf?).
2. No BeastOut.
Wily got... well, wily. He built a cloning machine and cloned what was left of the cybeast data he had after Gregar and Falzar got destroyed, and so three Gregars appeared. Megaman gets notified of this by Chaud, and goes off to fight them. Their presence disabled his BeastOut, and he can't use Vulcans or SuperVulcan(those are the only chips with attack ratings of 10 or less ._.). Will he still win(of course)?
