Change Opponent Cars with Cheat Engine! - Need for Speed The Run Tutorial
9As you can tell, The Run, while solid, is very bare bones on replay value, especially after the online servers shut down, you only have campaign mode, and Challenge Series events that are fixed and samey, thats it, there's no such features which let you set up your own custom events against AI or solo with a variety of cars to play with, which is what all the other NFS games had before Hot Pursuit 2010. Thankfully there is a way, almost, the events and routes are fixed, but with Cheat Engine, you can change the cars you and your opponents drive through this simple process so you can find more ways to enjoy the racing in The Run. This will tie Run fans over until a true custom race/challenge series event creator comes about. Have fun with this!
