When it comes to space ship shooters or SHMUPS the Nintendo Gamecube is not the 1st system that comes to mind but many people would be surprised to find out that the Gamecube is home to a few quality shooters.
Originally released in Japan on a SEGA platform CHAOS FIELD is a top notch shooter that was actually released on a Nintendo system. Unfortunately I did not have a HORI arcade stick to play the game on but the Gamecube controller works pretty good.
So let's take a look at this game and see if it's something worth having in your collection.
