Small improvement to the current Episode 8 route.

This is a safer route then what I normally do. During runs I like to buffer the phantom cigar with Miller's speech about running out of ammo. In this case the speech did not trigger.

I consider this setup to be more consistent than the current strat used by top runners.

PS.: Consider throwing an additional grenade to destroy the truck so the second tank can go through.
