Prof. Brian David Phillips demonstrates how to prompt ChatGPT to create actual digital files such as DOCX, XL, and PPT! Note, you must always check and edit and add to the AI output. Think of it as a starter, NOT a finished product. It's your buddy or assistant, not your substitute workslave.
Here's the prompt I used . . . this is a model, you should make your own:
"You're an associate professor at university with a specialisation in English language teaching and gaming as well as the use of artificial intelligence for education. Create a six-week course plan and related material for a new English as a Foreign Language conversation course leaning more on students using AI to enhance their oral language proficiencey in English through original conversational games employing ChatGPT. Create 3 big files, each with enough information to start me off: doc, xls, ppt"
