I went to a Hard Off in Japan to see what they had in stock. It was mostly untested or "junk" as they call it, but it was still cool to browse through. The junk section usually has things that work, so if you search right you should be able to find some good deals. That said, you do run the risk of potentially finding something that doesn't work, so always be cautious when shopping in that section.
