Check'n Sky Racket
3In this video I take a look at Sky Racket,* a side scrolling Arkanoid/Break Out shooter hypbrid.
This is a really fun and lively game and the Arkanoid gameplay mixed with the side scrolling shooter was a pleasant surprise. It's well made with great animations, pixel art , and chip-tune music. Basically it's a quality title but my only complaint was your using an energy field to hit the balls so if your timing is bad you miss it, you can see me do it a few times at the start of the video. If it was a bat or a permanent solid object like Arkanoid uses this wouldn't possible. Once you have your timing down it's not a problem but it can be annoying initially.
