CHICKEN TIKKA MASALA | HELLO FRESH ALTERNATIVE
14I recently went shopping at Target and found this meal delivery replacement. I thought I would show you all what I was having for dinner. This Chicken tikka masala kit is a part of the Food network Kitchen inspiration line.
I'm cooking the meat in my Instant pot. I'm going to bring the rice to a boil.
I have been cooking for 20 minutes. It smells amazing! The rice is done. I used a half cup of chicken broth and a half cup of rice. You can see the chickpeas, carrots and onions. It is so good. I made it taste the way I wanted it. I paid $2.00 for the meal kit, as opposed to $60 for hello fresh.
