** Ingredients List: **
16oz Tomato sauce
28oz Whole peeled plum tomatoes
30oz Dark and/or light kidney beans
~2 pounds ground meat
3tbsp Chili powder
2.5tsp salt
.25tsp pepper
A medium white onion
And optionally cayenne pepper or even red pepper flakes if you prefer more heat
** Recipe: **
Slice onion
Mash whole tomatoes
Cook the ground meat
Drain the fat, then add onions and 1tsp salt
Add tomatoes and tomato sauce
Add chili powder, pepper, and the rest of the salt
Drain and add the kidney beans
Simmer for 1-2 hours covered, stirring occasionally
