The Sega Genesis Mini released about a week ago - it is $80 and has 42 games on it. Is it worth it?

In short: yes. The game list is very nice, and there's only a few duds on here. They really picked a good representation of the system. Plus, several of the games (Castlevania Bloodlines, Contra, Gunstar Heroes) are quite expensive in physical form, so this is a fantastic way to actually enjoy them.

We go through some of the games we are less familiar with, and talk about the system and the game selection.

A few games I definitely suggest trying out on the system:

-Castlevania Bloodlines
-Wonder Boy in Monster World
-World of Illusion (Mickey Mouse)
-Castle of Illusion (Mickey Mouse)
-Gunstar Heroes
