Cities Skylines: Multiplayer NO MODS
2Skylines has Multiplayer well...sort of. There's a mod and only it only works at the bare bones level. First subscribe to the mod of down and install form github. start a new game, create a server, exchange IP Addresses, and BAM! you're playing multiplayer.
Couple of things:
Both players must have the exactly same settings, mods, DLC, etc
You can run the serve with mods but this is there BETA so issues may come about
Multiplayer is real time so players can add and bulldoze whenever
you can have more then 2 player but performance will suffer if they're too many players
