Starting as Alfred of Wessex, the future Alfred the Great, I will attempt to become the Brytenwalda, the overlord of England and the king of kings of the island of Britain. The Norsemen will be pushed out, the true Catholic faith will be ascendant, and the House of Wessex will stand supreme.
