After the last campaign resulted in a pretty big flop for me, we've started over, this time as two houses within the merchant republic of Venice. I'm expecting a lot of intrigue, corruption and deception as we try to claw our way to the position of Doge, and try to hold on to it. It's RobotElbow's first time playing a Merchant Republic as well, so I'll be guiding him along the way with the mechanics. Hopefully I'll live a little longer this time :P
