In the other video, I had the idea to use Shiva's 3 to clear a camp. It seems to work at Level 20 with full items, which is why it didn't feel too interesting. So instead I (eventually) decided to use the belt of frenzy upgrade to see if I could clear two consecutively spawning camps with a simple use of his 3 (without the second dash).

The reason why I spent over an hour on Jungle Practice is because I was originally trying to kill a god only using the 3 and the initial dash. I got really close with Thor (Neith just backflips away), but it looks like you need at least Fafnir's buff (Terra might be overkill) in order to do that. Yay.
