Privacy groups have complained to the European Union about Clearview AI’s alleged violations of privacy laws. In Austria, France, Greece, Italy, and the UK, the privacy watchdog group Privacy International has taken legal action against the company. Ever since Clearview was revealed, controversy has surrounded it.
