The game runs "fine", but if you change Quality Texture to EXTRA..........oh boy, the stutter is AMAZING.

All other options are maxed.

EDIT: after 3 updates, now I'm able to play with Quality Texture on Extra, fps are lower but not much......like 4 - 6 fps, it's worth it ^^
