2:35 The players start with 2 Random letters each. This usually speeds up the ability to spell a word, often even in the first round
Also, before starting to Worker Placing, in a 2P games you have to roll the Blue die to see how many spaces the Dummy Pawns will move on the central board

20:25 Forgot to draw a new letter to replace the one he took
