This boss take forever to kill so the only way to achieve S-Rank is not using any Rewind in the boss fight. That's too much of a pain so I'm gonna PASS.

It's actually possible to beat him with Kohaku base form before he enters his 2nd phase by spamming your time charge when you hit his weak point. For less try-hard players who just want to collect S-rank achievement, you are better off redoing every stage with Kohaku's end-game. You can easily burst any boss down within 60 seconds with it.
