I said I wasn't aiming to save time on the guerilla levels, but I still save about 30 seconds. The extra intro cutscene is added to 3B, because I played it first.
I'll probably get some of the A/B/C wrong, but I'm labelling based on starting from top left and working the way you would read.
Interesting to note is that if you capture the Construction Yard, you can build Flame Towers and a Refinery, though won't have enough money for the latter. I'm not sure what you can train from the War Factory, however.

One other noteworthy mention, is that playing on a higher Resolution makes it somewhat harder to use Tanya, especially when it comes to killing Dogs.
