In this video I will show you how to give yourself certain Minecraft item (most ones you can right click with) and put cooldowns on them, which you can adjust on how short or how long you want the cooldown to be.

Commands (examples):

Items with Cooldowns (no cooldown groups):

Example 1: /give @p snowball[use_cooldown={seconds:1}] 1

Example 2: /give @p enchanted_golden_apple[use_cooldown={seconds:2}] 1

Example 3: /give @p minecraft:wind_charge[use_cooldown={seconds:0.15}] 1

Items with Cooldowns (with cooldown groups):
