Copyright troll company, The Orchard Music has claimed copyright ownership of all Turrican music in youtube. They are stealing videos made by others to monetize with false copyright ID claims. All this is made possible by faulty content ID match of youtube. There's nothing one can do about these claims if disputes are ignored as in this case.

There has been lots of false ID matches in many of my videos, several in these videos alone, but all were removed after one dispute or after a dispute and an appeal. The Orchard Music however refuses to remove false matches even after several disputes and appeals! Some of my videos might include content from games that still possess an active copyright. In these cases I will allow valid copyright owner to monetize it or remove it if they wish so. However, there has been only one case out of dozens where the copyright claim was actually valid and It was for an obscure DOS-game nobody even cares about!

My Amiga Game Music Selection is now set to private so to make it impossible for these trolls to monetize my work which will remain advertisement free. I was considering about reuploading the whole compilation without the one matched Turrican song, but then again, there's no guarantee some other song will be matched later on when more stuff is fed to youtube's content match system. So it seems somewhat pointless to waste time on reuploading. Thanks to everyone for listening 70K+ times, 592 likes and 161 comments! Turrican 2 longplay will soon be put to private as well after my appeals are rejected.
