When Satoshi's group finally makes it down into the underground bomb shelter, they find it has changed form into something radically different from how they remember it, resembling something closer to a prison with cells containing various torture implements. There's also some traps scattered throughout the place as well, all of which will result in certain death if Neo is careless in his navigation of the shelter's halls. Somewhere inside the bomb shelter Yuka is being held captive, and after exploring every nook and cranny Neo eventually locates Yuka, although her recent experiences have rendered her catatonic.

But as Satoshi's group tries to move back out of the shelter, they find themselves trapped in one of the rooms with Sachi. Sachi declares her intent to use Yuka's body as a vessel for her spirit since its strong enough to not fall apart unlike other vessels she's used in the past. With nowhere to run and with Yuka's body being held hostage by Sachi, it takes some quick thinking on Neo's part to find a way to create himself a opening to not only exorcise Sachi from Yuka's body but get rid of the malevolent spirit for good. Once the threat of Sachi is finally taken care of, a way out of the shelter makes itself apparent...
