Council may address police staff shortage VIDEO
Thieves stole a car and broke into about two dozen other cars in a University of Cincinnati parking garage overnight, according spokeswoman Kelly Cantwell. According to a city memo this week, the Cincinnati Police Department could fall below 1,000 people due to attrition.
