2In this Tutorial, I'm going to show you how to disable sound downloading from server.
This happens to all CSS players, some of them hate download sounds and start play the game already.
NOTE: You can choose 'Do Not Allow Download Any Costume Files' BUT in any costume map you CANNOT play, it will shows an error 'Missing Map, Disconnecting...' But you can play on other maps by valve like De_Dust 2!
