I let my ASUS ROG STRIX Z390-E Gaming motherboard overclock my i7 8700K to 5.2 Ghz on all cores with the AI overclocking predictions. The AI predictions are based on the cooling capacity of the NZXT Kraken X62 cooler that has been cooling the i7-8700K, and determines stable frequencies my particular CPU can handle. Check out the video to see if the overclock was stable at 5.2Ghz and what kind of Cinebench performance you can expect.
