Craftopia Boss: Fafnir | Located on the Island Of Big Bridge | Paladin Locations
10Fafnir is a new boss that came with the Xbox Winter Content update. He is located on the Island of the Big Bridge. You must defeat 3 Paladins (Holy Knights) to unlock Fafnir. Once you defeat the 3 Paladins Fafnir will appear sleeping right in the middle of the bridge.

The first paladin is located right by the altar of transportation. The next paladin is located on the opposite side as you come out of the big bridge. Then if you go up the hill you will find the third paladin. Once you defeat all three paladins Fafnir will spawn on the center of the Big Bridge.
You cannot leave the center of the big bridge while fighting him or he will completely heal back to 100%. If you want to farm Fafnir with scrolls of indulgence (Anubis scrolls) you don't have to keep defeating the paladins. And when he spawns in he is asleep so you will always get the first attack.
Fafnir will drop reversed scales which are good to build the new weapons available. They will have enchants such as onslaught and eruptive for legendary enchants.
