Crash Bandicoot 2: Cortex Strikes Back - Part 5 (PS1, 1997)
The manga "Dansu! De Jump! Na Daibouken" actually makes sense of the giant polar bear situation: Cortex poses as Crash in order to win the trust of Polar, the...er, polar bear cub. However, it's clear that it's not actually Crash, so they have a bit of a scuffle. He sees Cortex-dressed-as-Crash beating up Polar, so Cortex hides and the giant bear spots Crash himself in the distance.
Thus, Un-Bearable. Y'see, it's all there in the manual!
