I'm playing the stages in reverse, by reaching the end of the stage without killing any enemies and breaking any boxes. Only some stages can be played like this. The hog in Road to nowhere disappears when you get past it, so it's not a true backwards run of that stage, unless I break a checkpoint box and die. I didn't do that in the video, but I can just jump on the rope to avoid it, if it was there.

The Lost City 2:06

Road to nowhere 7:20

Sunset Vista: 10:45

Toxic Waste 17:58

The High Road: 21:34

Jungle Rollers: Most of the plants are impossible to avoid and they die when they touch you.

The Great Gate: Plants and boxes that you need to break.

Boulders/Boulder Dash: The boulder blocks the other side.

Upstream: Once you get on the leaf after the yellow gem, you can't go back. Also one of the leaves is unreachable.

Rolling Stones: The plants again.

Hog Wild/Whole Hog: This is a rail stage.

Native Fortress: Read the great gate.

Up the Creek: The leaf near the monkey is unreachable, which is a shame because I was practicing in this stage a lot, until I found out about that leaf.

Temple Ruins: The round platform doesn't stay there.

Heavy Machinery: Platform never returns.

Cortex Power: Unless you don't mind one box being broken before reaching the end, this stage is not possible.

Generator Room: Platform is too high.

Slippery Climb: Unavoidable hands.

Lights Out: You're gonna have to use an emulator, because you're gonna have to reach the warp exit in the dark.

Fumbling in the Dark: Spiders are temporary platforms.

Jaws of Darkness: Backtracking to the beginning is prohibited.
