After being reminded constantly to visit the Githyanki creche to find a cure for our Illithid infection, we have finally made it to the distant mountain refuge of Rosymorne; under this building most holy lies a Githyanki creche where we finally will receive the cure we've been seeking for so long.

I have already completed the game before so don't worry too much about direct plot spoilers: but this is my first Dark Urge playthrough and am unfamiliar with anything specific to this origin.
