I use regularly and long-term as recommended by my dentist and hygienist
I was worried after reading all of the reviews stating one could only use this product for a maximum of 4 weeks. When I read the label, though, it seemed to caution that sensitive teeth could be caused by a variety of factors, and if the toothpaste didn't solve the sensitivity then a dentist should be consulted to make sure nothing more serious is causing the sensitivity. I asked my dentist if I could use this product long-term and he recommended that I do so.
