This is the coolest looking Submarine in the game. It's shape like a shark and it's big yellow teeth is his special. When you're locked on someone, the special will home in on them and bite the enemy. You can't use any advance attacks or shoot other weapons, while he's biting, but you can shoot an ice when he's done, to freeze the enemy and do your special again. I noticed that the Manta doesn't appear as an enemy.
