The problems we face are not objective, absolute, intractable but are created by the mind. Please ponder this. Is the earth giving us trouble? Are the winds and waves and sunlight and motions of sand and soil plaguing us? No, it is we who are causing the trouble. It is we who are attempting to create a world, not based on anything but imagination and substance-less assumptions. And the most tenacious of all those assumptions is "I am the body/mind/beliefs/ego." But deep within us all is a power to discern with conviction and authority, what is actually true. This is the heart. Discover this, cross the abyss created by the mind and once again we will be a friend to all life.
