In this video we go step by step how to remove and replace a SOJ package IC on a Cruis'n World Arcade PCB. They are an oddball for sure but best surface mount ic practices apply. Go slow, take your time and use the right tools are the big points.

My pvm will not display a medium resolution sync signal so we'll have to wait until we get it in a cab to see if this was the fix.
