A short tutorial on how to fix input lag and prevent delay and stuttering while playing Counter Strike Global Offensive.

Launch Options:
1) +fps_max 0 (or set it to a number which it will be locked to)
2) +cl_showfps 1 (1 on / 0 off)
3) -high (high game priority)
4) -novid (skip valve intro when starting up game)
5) -refresh / -refreshrate / -freq (set your screen’s refresh rate)
6) -nojoy (disables joystick support for more FPS)
7) +r_dynamic 0 (disables dynamic lighting = more FPS)
8) -console (shows your console when starting the game)
9) -threads (set to the amount of threads the game is allowed to utilize. Don’t use this command with dual core CPU’s)
10) -full / -fullscreen / -windowed / -window / -startwindowed (set the Window mode for the game)
11) +cl_interp 0 (Reduce network lag)
12) +cl_interp_ratio 1
13) +cl_updaterate 128
14) +cl_forcepreload 1 (preloads everything on the map before joining the game)
15) -autoconfig (launches your autoconfig when starting the game, in case you have more commands and changes to the game)
