Launch parameters: (i keep these basic) -freq XX (Put your refresh rate in the xx and remove this) -novid -console -threads XX (Input your amount of cpu threads and remove this) -high
After doing inputing your own details, your parameters should look something like this -freq 144 -novid -console -threads 12 -high
