Curse of the Dead Gods Gameplay on the Nintendo Switch
Here's some gameplay from Curse of the Dead Gods on the Nintendo Switch. Released this week on the Switch and developed by Passtech Games, this sees a welcome addition to the Switch's collection of must-play games. Like Hades, Curse of the Dead Gods has its own eye-catching style and roguelike elements that elevate it as a game. It just works and will keep you going back for more. Lots to keep you coming back to this one and I'm glad I bought this and highly recommend you add this to your wishlist if you can't grab it now. The gameplay of Curse of the Dead Gods runs great on the Switch; however handheld you will struggle with the text and gameplay if your eyes are as old as mine so also be beware if you a Nintendo Switch Lite. I didn't see any options for zooming in the gameplay or making the text and interface bigger.

You seek untold riches, eternal life, divine powers - it leads to this accursed temple, a seemingly-infinite labyrinth of bottomless pits, deadly traps, and monsters.
Your greed will lead you to death, but that is not an escape. Rise to fight again. Delve deeper again. Defy the malignant deities that linger in this place. Battle through hordes of enemies in dark, cavernous passages filled with traps and secrets of all sorts - fire-spewing statues, explosives, hidden spikes, and worse.
Collect mystical Relics and an arsenal of weapons to make yourself unstoppable. Corruption builds in you with every step - encourage or ignore it, but each powerful curse can be a double-edged sword.
A skill-based roguelike exploring a cruel, dark temple made of endless rooms and corridors
Swords, spears, bows, guns - wield these and many more
Unique curses influence each attempt, putting a twist on every action
Dozens of enemies, with powerful champions and deadly bosses to face off against
