In this Cities Skylines (mostly) unmodded series we'll try to beat the most challenging scenarios. In this one, we'll try to fix the traffic and achieve the following objectives:
- Traffic flow above 82%
- Population above 35k
We lose if population goes below 25k or if more than 200 game weeks have passed.

We'll try to achieve these objectives while making a functional and aesthetically nice looking city, without mods.
