To make it clear: Cyberpunk released broken. Their management very sneakily blocked console reviews before release to try to cover this up. They have ruined alot of player faith that they had garnered over the years.

However, acting like this game is the biggest travesty to gaming, even in recent memory, is being disingenuous and hyperbolic.
