Cystic Fibrosis and Asthma - 4 Quick Peak Flow (PEF) Attempts!

Using a European standardized and calibrated peak flow meter measured in liters/min I demonstrate a few attempts - on your hospital lung function this is the PEF figure. The first was a light almost effortless blow and not how to get an accurate reading scoring just 425 (72.3%), the second was a stronger attempt scoring 470 (79.9%), the third is a proper one where my peak flow is 620 (105.4%) and the last one was an over-exertion demo and therefore scored lower at 600 (102%).
Someone my age (27) and height (173 cm) should score 588 (that's my 100% or "average")
I didn't speak or explain during the video because my family are asleep and just wanted to upload a quick demo. I might do an instructional one during the week.
