In this part Bernard manages to open the safe and steal the contract. Also we can now control Laverne because Hoagie caused the tree that she was in to be cut down unfortunately Laverne is now stuck in a prison because Purple Tentacle took over the world in the future. In the next part Laverne escapes from prison and acquires a disguise. Also if you noticed Dr. Fred has been captured by the IRS so Bernard will need to rescue him and wake him up before he can sign the contract.
