To unlock the Broly Saga play normally until the Majin Buu Saga. Once Goku returns to Earth and attempts to fuze with Gohan (after defeating "fat" Buu), there will be two markers on the map. Enter the Western marker (left) to enter a brief cutscene with Kabitoshin. You will now be progressing along the Broly saga.
