The Refiner State looms over the city and while the citizens surrounding it suffer. It’s dripping with high-value loot inside that can be traded for enough Space Dust to last you a lifetime. Getting in is the fun part, getting out alive is the challenge. The Refiner State is made up of seven massive and unique sectors that each have the potential to shut down and shut you in. Want to make it out alive? Find an extraction point within a Sector before it’s taken by a competing raider, or fight to the death to get out alive as the last remaining Claw.
The verticality of the Refiner State offers unique challenges, along with each Sector’s specific environment design, where you’ll climb, clamber, zipline, and slide your way through a maze of combat where everyone wants what you have, and no one is letting you out alive. Choose your battles and your routes wisely, because one wrong jump could lead to your Synthetic replacement (SYN) heading back into the tower to collect your body and bag. These synthetic respawns are in your full control and are your last-ditch effort to reclaim your pride (and your loot). Treat them well, because they’re limited.
