must have for demon slayer fans!
the mechanics of this game are great. once i learned combos and how to effectively play as specific characters, it was a lot easier to win battles. i love that the cut scenes mix in images from the show. the animation of the game is amazing, it really does look like the show. there are a few wonky bits here and there game design wise, like you can walk through npcs, but otherwise it’s great.

i love how the music from the show is included in the battles/events. when i was playing chapter 8 (mugen train) and completing the fight against akaza, i really felt like i was able to connect with the series in a new way since i was interacting with these important story points. though, it is a little funny that you have to beat akaza to ultimately lose to akaza.

i completed this game in less than a week, but i’m still having a lot of fun playing online and against cpus - it’s also multiplayer, so i can play with my friends. the opportunity to go back and play any point of the story is also great, because i can revisit my favorite battles.

if you are a demon slayer fan and like rpg type games (because i personally think the amount of interaction you have in it can make it be considered an rpg), get this game!
