Long gap, but pretty good session. Failed a clean, but was too distracted by the SHEER QUANTITY OF MASS ON THIS LAD (head is 63km round, think craig golias but not a tiny head :^) ).

People claim to natty lift 2-3x what i lift yet have none of this MASS! Im so pathetically weak according to toxic youtube fitness community standards yet I know people IRL who dont want to train with me because I make them insecure! My BIL is islander/aboriginal yet hes not blowing past me in training, yet im a former generic tall thin lanky nerd! Also my neighbour (the 28 year old failure son, M****** H********) literally tried to hide in a shed from me LUL!

Our first 47.5kg snatch attempt we actually scuffed power cleaned it, but cam was fucked didnt record. So muscles weve never used are getting stronger. But power versions are actually cheating for us, because our quads are so weak its actually the easier movement LUL. Then once you start power snatching we'll forget how to snatch.

56.5 kg attempts feel mental, its a heavy weight we dont want to hurt ourselves or damage the room LUL.

Omega gassed by the time we get to cleans, but pushing snatch.

OHP Max is probably barely 47.5 kg / 104.7 lbs (maybe higher now, tested brother in law and did 47.5 w/o warmup while fatigued pretty easy, unfatigued strict press doesnt really fit in our routine)
Peak BW (lifetime) was ~107.5 kg in july 2021. (Natural average was 85 kg prior to mirtazapine, less growing up, generic tall thin lanky nerd).
