Peak BW (lifetime) was ~107.5 kg in july 2021. (Natural average was 85 kg prior to mirtazapine, less growing up, generic tall thin lanky nerd).
Hit 127.5 for a double twice on bodybuilding chest day and arms+delts day. Increasing our minimum to 67.5 starting from rack, dropping the hack clean because its dangerous to just start higher weight. Will add strict press after.
