The Delsere and Tal Rasha sets for Wizard have long been seen as a fantastic marriage of powers. Now in Patch 2.3 with the power of the Kanai cube, the potential has rocketed to great heights! This build, and many variations of it, are already proving to be some of the best ways to do just about anything in Diablo 3 with your Wizard.

Fast Bounty runs, Torment 10 Rifts, and of course, Greater Rifts. There's so much potential with the Delsere and Tal Rasha combo with a variety of weapons and bracers, I'm easily having the most fun I've ever had with Wizard now!

Here is one such style I personally put together and have been having fun with for Torment 10 Rifts. There are still some tweaks and tests I will continue to play with. That is the fun of Diablo 3 after all I think. Playing with builds. There's room for changes to legendary gems, runes, skills, and even passives here to tailor this build more to your liking. As it is here though, this combination will prove very comfortable for many people I think looking for a build to farm Rifts with in either solo or multiplayer. Enjoy!
