UPDATE. It appears this glitch has been patched. Well it was fun well it lasted.

Ive dome this multiple times and it keeps working. If you stand right under the arch of the doorway where the Mothers Judgement boss fight I'd in Act 3 Mothers Judgement will eventually aggro on you even though you haven't fully entered the room. The fog walls will not appear and the boss either won't fight back or will only attack Lorath. Becareful because if you kill the boss when she isn't in the room the fog wall will appear after you enter and it will not disappear since the boss is already dead. If you enter the room we'll the boss is alive and she isn't in the room thr fog wall will appear blocking you inside and the boss outside and you will be unable to damage Mothers Judgement also resulting in you being trapped.
