So, this is the only game that has this issue. I've did a complete reinstall of the game, complete format and fresh install of Windows 11, updated everything, and then d2r was the only game on the computer. Msfs2020, Forza Horizon 5, Spiderman Miles Morales, Rise of the Tomb Raider, Age Of Empires IV, Starcraft II... and so on. No issues.

Happens with any character, in any act, any town. Random stutters.

13900k, 4090, 32GB DDR5 5600 cl36, 980 Pro 2TB.
Gigabyte Aorus Master z690.

Two other computers w/o this issue for the same game.
