Did you know you can duplicate Shine Sprites in Paper Mario TTYD #shorts
Did you know that in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door you can duplicate some Shine Sprites?! Its pretty simple!
Not all Shine Sprite blocks work with this, keep that in mind. But any shine block that you can stand on top of will work! For this example I shall be using this one here in Hooktail's Castle. Its the very first Shine Sprite in the game. So first you need to position yourself on top of the block. You can do this by jumping off this ledge where the castle key sits, and jump on top of the block.
Next you want to stand a bit off to the right of the block and shoot Koops, keep holding down the X button. Then go and stand underneath the block, from here you want to stand a bit off to the right side of let go of X, a few frames later jump at the block and mash the A button. If done successfully, the shine get box will appear twice, showing you have collected two shine sprites!
